There isn't currently a way to set alert rules based on aggregates of queues. There is an idea Requesting various upgrades to alerts on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab that you could ass this business use case to or create a new idea specifically for this.

Is it possible to set up an alert rule in Genesys Cloud that triggers when the aggregate value of multiple queues exceeds a certain threshold? For example, if I have 10 queues and the total number of waiting interactions across all queues crosses 20, I want to trigger an alert. Currently, I can only set up alerts for individual queues. Is there a way to monitor and trigger alerts based on the combined value across multiple queues?
