Hi everyone. I need help of "Allow IP Addresses " feature of Purecloud.
I want to apply this configuration but I would like sure to don't block my organization.
Here some questions:

Who applies the configuration by entering the CIDR list remains logged in to Purecloud Admin in order to disable / delete the functionality in case of problems or after clicking on the "Save" button the user is logged out?

If I know olny my public IP address and I don't know the default gateway, can I calculate CIDR list?

If one day my IP address changes and I can't to logged in to Purecloud Admin, Can genesys support resolve this issue disabling the feature
