Hi Jeevan, that's right. Widget v1.0 will still be supported for a period of time, however all future development in this area is being directed towards Web Messaging and the Messenger-based Co-browse. There are a number of benefits in adopting these newer features, including Predictive Engagement, Guest APIs, Mobile web support, advanced Chatbots, and much more!

Hi Chad,
Thanks. As I saw in other post Coborwse Standalone is getting implemented in Web Messaging. Does that really stop any enhancement in Widget 1.0?
Regards,
Jeevan.

Hey Jeevan! We're looking into this idea now. I'd recommend leaving a vote here if you haven't already.
Thanks!

Subject: AMA - How to Disable the Buttons for the Standalone Co-browse
Hi Team,
I want to Disable the certain Buttons for standalone Co-browse during read/write ( Agent Control in Customer Screen during cobrowse) which is offered in Widget 1.0.
How we can do that since CSS class just mask the button info but it allows to click by agent while cobrowsing with controls.
Regards,
Jeevan.
