We have a PureConnect Customer in the process of migrating to Genesys Cloud. The customer is using Amazon WorkSpaces for their Virtual Desktop environment. The customer has been informed of the implications of using a VDI, but they would still like to use Genesys Cloud with WebRTC on Amazon WorkSpaces. The customer is asking if there are any current customers out there using Amazon WorkSpaces and what has been their experience. Thanks.
