Hello there,
I have a doubt regarding the quantity of conversations I get with a PureCloud Agent Metrics Report and the /api/v2/analytics/users/details/query. Both sources gives different results. Can any one tell me if the comparisson I'm doing is correct?

I don't know what comparisons you're making, but the documentation describing each column in the report can be found here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/agent-metrics-report/
