Hi Tim,
For one of our clients, we created daily exports of the agent data using API api/v2/analytics/conversations/aggregates/query.
While testing the APIs by using API Explorer (with my user credentials) and Postman and Node JS with OAuth client credentials we were getting the different outputs. The OAuth client had necessary permissions (analytics:conversationAggregate:view) and the API executed with no errors. However, the OAuth client didn't have the association with all of the Divisions configured for the Org. At the same, the user (myself) that was testing via API Explorer had the association with all the Divisions. The difference between the outputs of these two (OAuth client and API Exloprer - my account) were related to the agent metrics for the Oubound calls (nOutbound) and also tHandle, tTalk, tTalkComplete didn't include the duration for the Outbound interactions. It took me a while to find what might the cause the difference and as soon as I changed the OAuth client Divisons both outputs were the same.
I found some topics related to the similar but none of them was referring to the Divisons. I wanted to share this with the community in case someone else has the same issue. Thanks, Tatjana
