    We are using the analytics jobs API to query conversation details, especially participant attributes, since they aren't available through the query API, but we are seeing no participant attributes in the jobs data since 2/9 in the one US East region instance I have checked so far and since 2/10 in three Frankfurt region instances. These are conversations that definitely have participant attributes because when queried individually by conversation id to the conversations/{conversationId} endpoint they do return participant attributes. Is there an issue with the data lake update process?

    Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate your missing data; customer-specific data cannot be investigated via the forum.

    Okay. It doesn't seem to be customer specific as I have found four customers across two regions that are affected, but I will open a case with cloud care. I take it this is not an expected change of API behavior or a known issue then.

    We rolled out an enhancement to our data lake hydration process on 2/8. This unfortunately introduced a bug where we were not populating all call endtimes or customattributes for interactions. This resulted in about a 24-48 hour delay before the data would be made available.

    A fix went in last evening and all data should now be available. If you still have issues - please open a separate care case with examples.
