Hi,
Yesterday and today again between +/- 01:00 and 07:00 (UTC) we received a lot of 404 responses for Analytics Conversations Details requests (Link to the API documentation. These requests are made for different (valid) conversation ID's. We use this API in our application once for every conversation for which we miss data.
After +/- 07:00 (UTC) the same requests are suddenly accepted and the problem is gone.
Is there a known issue with this API?
