Good morning Forum:
I appreciate your help in order to answer this question: how can we know if a conversation was answered by an agent using either the Analytics API or the Conversations API?
I want to validate with you the following criterias:
- Analytics API -> Conversation Details - if tTalk metric exist and its value is greather than 0 ms.
- Analytics API / Conversations API - if the agent participant had a segmentType = "interact".
Is there any boolean property or any other criterias that allow us to know about that?
