    Does anyone have any experience setting up an anonymous tip line within Genesys?  Since we cannot edit the Call.Ani variable in architect the reporting in workspaces and the voicemail left by the caller will always show the ANI which takes out the full anonymity of the call.  Currently it appears we would have to get a 3rd party to handle stripping any details  and then forwarding to a DID within our Org.

    If you're using your own SBC, you may be able to configure it to strip that information prior to sending it to Genesys. You may also be able to consult with your telephony provider to see if they offer any functionality for this.

    Unfortunately we are full Genesys cloud.  Its looking as if a 3rd party may be our only option
