    Hi All

    Has anyone worked out how to send anonymous when dialing on behalf of a queue

    I know we can use *67 but the agents don't seem to do this consistently

    They call on behalf of multiple customers so adding to a particular site and transforming the trunk wouldn't work, as we have to show numbers for some customers

    Hi Andy,

    Maybe you could use an outbound campaign to automate the dialing process.
