    It seems that this does not work in digital bot flow. If not, why not enable it for digital bot flow?

    I wondered the same thing.  Is there anyone actually using the Knowledge Portals out there?  @Jean-Etienne Goubet, can you give us some insight into this?  Phase I or something?

    Hi Robert and Tony, 

    You are correct, this is only for Knowledge Portal for now. The Bots, Messenger and Agent Assist teams have plans to enable it relatively soon I heard. I will gather estimates and update this thread.

    Hi again, 
    I am confirming that this will be supported by Bots and Messenger by late Q2 2024.

    We will update the documentation asap to make sure it reflects those details.
