    Hi Community ,

    I want to know any experiences where you might have faced any difficulties in reporting or other configurations while trying to implement /separate multiple tenants using 'divisions' concept in Genesys . This ask is more from a practical experience point-of-view, you might have come across.

    E.g. wrap up codes in Genesys are not tied to any divisions , so will anyone be able to see the 'wrap up performance ' view report?

    Another e.g. Canned responses cannot be separated for different divisions , so one of our clients highlighted that all their agents are able to see all the canned responses and that it will confuse them .

    We have two divisions within the same company. By default, users could not transfer calls to users in the other division. Sorted with a permission change. There will be other permissions that are per division.
