Got reports of some consult transfers where the receiving agent can't seem to answer the call at all - ie clicking answer does nothing.
The really odd piece is if I look in the timeline for these interactions it's got these odd additional participants in there that look like it's a customer, but the "name" looks like potentially the search string the original agent typed in when starting the consult.
ie
Consult call is to Finance_Solutions queue
In the timeline is an extra participant called SOLUTIONS@localhost that says it's a customer participant
