Anyone else having issues responding to tickets on the Support site?

    Hi,

    I have some tickets open with Genesys (don't we all? 😂) but starting about a week ago, I find that I go to the web portal, type in a response and hit submit and the response doesn't post. No errors. Nothing. If I reply by email, it seems to post to the ticket.

    Is anyone else having this problem?
