A dashboard has been created and the MOS score is to be included to it. Could you please explain how to do it? A brief explanation on how APIs could be used for this would also be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Hi Sherley, information about MOS scores returned from analytics API resources (i.e. conversation detail queries) can be found here: Call Quality. If you have any specific questions, don't hesitate to ask.
