Hi,
I am wondering if the API calls made by the purecloud webinterface or desktop client also count for the limitation of 300calls per second to the API(s).
As you can see below 46% of the calls are made to Get/api/V2/presencedefinitions/{presendeId}, but as far as I can tell we do not make that many calls to this API through our CRM since we cache all presencedefinitions and check against that list in memory.
If this is the webinterface or desktopclient, is this a known phenomenon that can be explained?

Hi Stefan,
If you click on the presencedefinitions endpoint, that will highlight all of the OAuth clients that are hitting that endpoint.
We do not report API calls made by the PureCloud client in this Performance view - but please do let us know if you see anything that doesn't look right and I'll investigate further.

thanks for the info! Meanwhile I located the source of the problem, it was in our own CRM
