We are gettings heaps of errors from PeopleV2 page in Genesys Cloud today

When we look in the developer logs we can see this request running dozens / hundreds of times and returning 403: https://apps.mypurecloud.ie/platform/api/v2/users/0337b595-53d4-4cf1-89c3-67a11c92276b/state?pageSize=99999 today

    code: "forbidden"
    details: []
    errors: []
message: "Unable to perform the requested action. You must have at least one of the following permissions assigned: [directory:userStateChange:view] in at least one of the following division(s): ..."
    status: 403

We have cleared cache and cookies, recreated across different users and browsers, and checked and there is no such permission available. Is this something related to a new/upcoming release perhaps?

The error only seems to be on that page.

    Hi Joel,

This forum is probably not the best place to raise issues related to errors being related to the UI. This forum is used for development questions and issues around direct API invocations.

I would open a ticket with our [Care] (https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/contact-genesys-cloud-care/) support team. This will get a formal support ticket going and have engineering start an investigation.

In the meantime, I am going to ping our Director of customer support and send her this forum post so she can keep an eye out for any similar tickets.

    Thanks,

John Carnell, Manager - Developer Engagement

Thanks John! I have raised a ticket now with our partner on theses issues as well.
