The API to get reporting abandon interval configuration /api/v2/analytics/reporting/settings/insights isn't publicly listed on the dev center. Is this an error of omission or is there a reason this API can't/shouldn't be used?

Hey Kevin,
You can do a GET to that endpoint if you need to, but we ask that you don't do any other operations to it. It is intentionally not listed in the dev center because it's not ready for public consumption outside of the Genesys Cloud UI.
