our customer enabled voice transcription for some of the queue recently, if there way to enable transcription for any previous recorded voice conversation ?
or if there api to call transcribe particular conversation ?

Hello,
No, at this time, it is not possible to process a conversation recorded previously. The transcription is done while the call is active.
I don't know if something is already envisioned in the future in that regards. So you could request a new feature and share your use case at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/
