    Dears,

    Based on JavaScript, I would like to create a button for each agent in web application CRM (outside PureCloud). I am having difficulties with the authorization. Do I need for this to use OAuth? (which is expire after specific time!).

    Is there a start point such as web chatting JavaScript? In web chat, it is straightforward to use replace some values in order to be authorized.

    Any ideas, comments, and suggestion for my scenario, which includes Call API in JS to be used in a web application CRM.

    Yes, you must authorize your users. See the documentation on Authorization. There are also tutorials for authorizing without using the SDK. However, I'd strongly recommend using the JavaScript SDK as it will handle authorization and the basics of making API requests for you.

    I was just afraid of SDK versions in the future. So, I thought I may use the APIs directly. However, I may just go with your advise.
