Hi,
I have a question around API usage and reporting, is there any way to monitor which locations (IP Addresses) API requests are coming from? So that we could see any suspicious/rouge ranges that aren't part of our tenant.

Hi Jag_Cheema,
From my knowledge, Genesys does not have access to such data as it is considered as a PII. Will update this thread if new information says otherwise.
