As ICWS, there is an API to retrieve all changes from single API. This api provide two way to load the changes: POLLING / PUSH https://help.genesys.com/developer/cic/docs/icws/webhelp/icws/(sessionId)/messaging/Messaging.htm#icws-sessionId-messaging
Does corresponding feature provided by PureCloud WS API? If it is, which API? If no, what is the suggested way to monitor statistic changes?
