    Greetings Everyone.

We are reproducing some PureCloud functionalities on our custom front-end using the REST API.

Is there a way to transfer a call to a "secure flow" using the API?

We discussed this subject in the community but we were advised to post it here.

    Best regards, Daniel Grosso

    Hello Tim.

    Thank u for answering.

I'm referring to "secure flow" and not "secure pause". Secure flow is an inbound flow that can be used to collect sensitive data and allows the call to be returned to the same agent.

    Regards, Daniel

Sorry about that, read too quickly. I've opened API-2990 to expose the /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}/secureivrsessions APIs publicly. I've submitted the change, but it may not make it to prod until after the holidays. Keep an eye on the conversation API docs for this resource to show up.

    Thank u Tim.

Once the API is available we would be POSTing a secureivrsession for the given participant (caller)?

What do u mean by "after the holidays"...January?

    Thank u very much.

    Regards, Daniel

Correct. There are also two GET methods to get status.

USA Thanksgiving, likely after next week.
