  • 1.  APIs to add/remove an Activity in an already published schedule?

    Please humour me - I keep finding contradicting information, so I thought I'd pose the question here to see if others are doing this.. 

    Are there APIs available that would allow us to EDIT a schedule, ADD an activity code for a set duration (an overlay to an On-Queue activity code), and PUBLISH a schedule?

    Currently, we have some online processes that essentially end up with MS Graph sending over a schedule insert to MS Outlook - this allows folks to book time with staff via a website and then the Appointment shows up in their Outlook. To get this over and into an agents Genesys Cloud Schedule, our managers manually enter it within the UI.
    We are hoping to add a little 'extra' in there, to eliminate the manual aspect.

    https://developer.genesys.cloud/devapps/api-explorer - from here there is a left-pane 'Update an Existing Schedule' sub-menu item that takes you to https://developer.genesys.cloud/useragentman/workforcemanagement/upload-update-schedule 

    You need to specify the entire revised schedule.
