    Hi Guys,

    I am producing my own dashboard because the default PureCloud dashboard do not fit to my requirement for Call center supervisor who need to see and be a decision maker for any call issues. According to my picture below, I have highlighted what exactly data I need. My developer needs to use public API (platform API) to get those data but he is not sure what API he need to call or what field (e.g. JSON) is the one he can use.

    This is from Queue - Performance page:

    There are more from Queue - Activity page but seem I cannot attach more than one file.

    Anyone could advise us on this. Thanks a lot.

    Hi Naphat - we've solved for this in an easy and affordable solution with a configurable dashboard for PureCloud from PureInsights: https://www.mypureinsights.com/freetrial/

    For unlimited users and dashboards, you'll pay a fixed monthly subscription fee that is about the same cost as a PC2 agent license.

    Completely understood if you have time to play with the API to build it yourself. You're using the same API we do.

    Hi Naphat - in US$, for unlimited PureCloud users and dashboards, it's about $100/mo. Yes you read that right. As many PureCloud Supervisors as you have can create as many views as they like. We're on the Genesys price sheet so please contact your account executive for regional pricing.

    My Purecloud link is apps.mypurecloud.jp but it is not in your trial list.

    If I can try here first, I believe there will be further questions for it.

    Hi Naphat - please give this a try: https://jp.apps.mypureinsights.com

    If you're not already logged into PureCloud in the browser, you will be prompted with the PureCloud login widget. Logging in will activate a trial for your PureCloud org and anyone with the Supervisor Role can create their own dashboards.

    You'll get an email from PureInsights when your trial is activated and it contains the email address for support. Please contact us if you have further questions after activation.
