Hi All,
Over the past few months a previously working set of parameters to extract evaluation results including all the questions and scores has starting having intermittent performance issues.
Please advise if the following parameters are considered best practice for /api/v2/quality/evaluations/query of if there is a better endpoint to get all evaluations and scores conducted across the Org for a time period.

Using the above returns all survey released by an individual evaluator over a 12 month period. We first get a list of evaluators then run for each evaluatorId.
Started with one months data and expanded gradually to 12 months. When problems occur, it's not just one guid. It will often be a different evaluatorId or evauationId each time. We've even dropped the interval down to 5 days and still get the 504 gateway timeout error from time to time. Other times, everything runs just fine, which makes us think it is a rate limit or Org-wide limit of some sort.

For something this specific you're probably better off opening a customer care case. If it was working before and isn't working now only they can actually look at what's going on in your specific instances and give you meaningful guidance.

get the 504 gateway timeout error
All 5xx errors must be handled by Care. Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate further.
I'm not aware of any specific guidance for that resource.
