If a third party app wanted to store configuration data in PureCloud, where would the best place be to do so? Doucment, DataTable or neither?
Is there a best practice Genesys recommends for this use case?

Genesys Cloud isn't meant to be an arbitrary data store for external applications, so I don't have a specific recommendation for you. External applications typically use their own databases and data stores to house their configuration. That said, you can read and write from a DataTable using an API.
