    Hi experts, First of all thank you for supporting me and sorry if this topic is not correctly here.

    We have and outbound camping where the agents are able to schedule callbacks.

    I was wondering if is there a possibility of launch and outbound flow before a schedule call back routes to the agent... Is there a way??? We need some data action be executed before the call come on queue and routes to agent.
