I've created an outbound call flow to be used as part of an agent less campaign with a contact list that has a column named WrapUpCodeDateTimestamp. I'm attempting to update call.contact.WrapupDateTimeStamp after the voice prompt has played a recording in a set participant data object. However I keep getting "sorry an error has occurred" no matter how I format the information to save.

Is there anyway to save this information back to the contact ?

    Thanks

This isn't possible through Architect. You'll need to build a custom bridge integration to edit contact list data.

So set participant data can only be used to assign an attribute that follows the participant through a flow ?

Yes, it's only for participant data. You should generally just type in the name of the variable instead of using an expression for the variable name like this:

    Hello Tim.

What do u mean exactly by "custom bridge" integration? a data dip to pure cloud's API?

    Thank u.

    Regards, Daniel
