    Hello,

I am trying to build a menu of options with quick replies. So far, I have 10 main menu options that route into Sub Menus that redirect into a Reusable Task. I'm also trying to provide an option within each sub-menu to send it back to the main menu which is a reusable task. However, when I go through that path, it fails and sends me directly to an Agent.

The question is, are we not able to redirect within reusable tasks?

I also need to identify that path to provide different messaging but I keep failing to an agent on that path. Need to understand why? Clarity would be appreciated.

I'm in a reusable task trying to redirect to another reusable task.

    So just to clarify.

It allows you to author everything as you expect, but when you test it automatically sends to an agent? If you look at any of the analytics does it show any error messages or reasons for escalation?

    Hi @Mitch_Mason,

Correct, it allows me to publish the architect flow without any error messages. However, I am noticing that it's failing out through the Error or Failure event in the bot flow when it gets to the path. The error and failure messages are configured the same but I can update and make a test to confirm which is getting triggered if that makes a difference.

In the analytics information, I see that all quick replies are: "messageStatus": "delivery-success",

I tried filtering "fail" or "error" but nothing shows.

    Thank you.

    Hey @Mitch_Mason,

I figured out why it was sending me through the failure path. I needed to clear my slot. Now that I am clearing the slots, it's working correctly.

    Thanks.
