I was wondering why the export of an Architect's flow is 'encrypted' ?

How do I read it or decode it to readable text?

Architect flows are encoded to prevent manual modification that could, for example, introduce subtle bugs or changes that aren't forward-compatible.

Thanks for the reply. Encoding is a fair option to prevent bugs and maybe also malicious code injection.

If you want to see what the export contains, you can import it to another flow. For example, if you're a partner helping an end customer with some misconfiguration in their flow, you could have them send you an export of the flow. Then you create a new flow in your own org and import their file. This way you can see everything in their flow and figure out what they need to change. The only caveat with this is that any purecloud objects (queues, prompts, bridge actions, etc) that are referenced in the flow will be invalid in your org so you'll see validation errors regarding those objects.
