My understanding is that remote callers (the one that called the IVR) showing up as anonymous in the call detail is based on the information the carrier passed on to the cloud. Not sure if this is always the case for inbound calls.

I'm trying to determine the cause of the reason why when a agent picks up calls there almost no audio afterwards and is complete silence for minutes until someone hangs up like either the caller for some reason can't be heard due to issue or there end or it is the agent side. It appears isolated to one user from reports. And the caller is anonymous seen in the call detail so don't know much information on whose calling.

Looks like bad setup on the SBC/Carrier or someone trying to send you SIP messages that are not real calls.  Take a look at the PCAP for the calls or at least the SIP ladder.  If only one user, recreate their SIP phone.
