Hi,
For a bot flow, are utterances assigned to an intent case sensitive? Also, can we leave out punctuation?

Hi James,
Case in utterances affects some slot detections(Like, when you have multiple slots of the same type in an intent) but it does not affect intent detection. Yes, you can leave out punctuation.
