First, multi-unassign the DID's. Next, go to Admin>Call Routing and select the flow you need. In the 'Inbound Numbers' field, type in the DID you need to assign to the flow and check the box. If the numbers are sequential, you can type the first few numbers only and check multiple boxes. Once all the numbers have been checked that you want to assign to the flow, click 'Save'. All those numbers now belong to that flow without having to go the route of an API.
