Hi,
Does anyone know if it's possible to assign a DID to a flow (via Routing configuration) and an Agent at the same time.
We need it assigned to an agent purely to present as a caller ID when the agent makes an outbound call.
We have a flow invoked on the DID which will check if agent is available, and if not overflow to a queue.
