You can use other columns to write information like a counter for each campaign and then use a pre-call rule to check that column. If 0, then call for that campaign and after calling, set the column for 1 and next time campaign runs, if that column is 1, don't call. Don't use an attempt control.

I am using an agent less outbound campaign to call a customer support number and play a message. I only want to place one call to this phone number. I do not want any retries when the call is not answered. However, I may have 20 events during the day when I need to make the outbound call. How can I achieve this?
