When you filter for People Permissions and Entity Role and action of Update, that is for changes of permissions of the roles, so it will show you who changed the permission on the Role. The Member Add or Remove action shows who changed the membership of that role. With the Member Update, you should get any membership change, but I did not see it come up when I made changes. You get to see which user changed membership of which role and who was added or deleted. I don't know why it will sometimes show GUIDs and other times names. It is random at times.

Hi,
I have a question regarding the audit viewer. We manage our user roles via Entra ID and synchronise the assignments to Genesys via SCIM Job. Whenever a change is made, this is logged in the Audit Viewer under People Permissions and the Entity Type Role. However, I only get three lines of UUIDs or Entity IDs under "Entity". Can anyone tell me what information is contained there? Line 2 seems to be the assigned division and line three the edited role. Does anyone know what the first line is?
