Hey Gina,
I haven't heard of any upcoming changes to the Audit Viewer. I thought that this idea sounded familiar and when I went to link the Idea that I found, I realized it was yours!
I'm not sure if we report the GUID instead of the agent's name for data privacy reasons or whatnot, but I did leave a vote on your Idea. I would recommend that you post a follow-up to Chris' last comment.

@Jason Kleitz Any chance the Audit trail might someday be updated to reflect the actual User Name and not the alpha-numeric identifier? That makes it extremely difficult to use.

Hello Haridass,
You should be able to view the changes using the Audit Viewer.
I'm going to include some info that was posted from a previous thread:
When you filter for People Permissions and Entity Role and action of Update, that is for changes of permissions of the roles, so it will show you who changed the permission on the Role. The Member Add or Remove action shows who changed the membership of that role. With the Member Update, you should get any membership change. You get to see which user changed membership of which role and who was added or deleted.

Hi Team,
I can't able to see the report of changes made for Skill, Group list and Division in audit viewer
Is there any way to achieve this?
Thanks.
