  • 1.  Audits query serviceName?

    I'm trying to get Quality audit trail out of endpoint /api/v2/audits/query/realtime. The problem is that it only accepts "ContactCenter" as serviceName. If I try query any other service (Quality, PeoplePermissions, etc.) I get HTTP 404 response back with message "Unknown service Quality".

    If I create asynchronous query with /api/v2/audits/query and the get results by calling /api/v2/audits/query/{transactionId}/results, I can use other serviceNames than ContactCenter just fine.

    Spotted the following announcement, which is closed. Does it mean the internal APIs should have been fixed now?

    Hi TimoV,

    Thanks for reporting the issue! This looks like a bug and is something that needs to be fixed. Working with Customer Care is the correct avenue for reporting bugs. The dev forum does not have the ability to report issues on behalf of customers nor prioritize them with the same SLA commitments that Care has; this is why bug reports are always directed to Care for proper handling.
