Can you please confirm the interaction in steps 8 and 9 of this authenticated web messenger diagram?
Our assumption is that the token returned in step 8 is an identity token (JWT) signed by the our IDP. Then the JWT returned in step 9 is a Genesys signed token. Does that also contain identity claims from our token? E.g. copying the "sub" claim from our token into the new Genesys token?
