  • 1.  Auto decline emails for paid time off

    Hello - When approving and declining paid time off requests, an email is automatically generated to the agent when a day is approved. However no email is generated for a decline. Is there a setting somewhere that can be updated to automatically send the decline email as well?

    Hi Shannon,

    WEM Genesys Cloud does not send out email notifications - is it possible you have an API set up to send out the emails?
