We would like to import our Queue Metric reports (XLS format) into our data warehouse so we can build some custom Tableau reports.
Does anyone know how i can get a scheduled Queue Metrics report either emailed to a recipient automatically or downloaded to a local FTP or server folder.
We have EDGE servers onsite
Alternatively is there an API that allows this functionality?
