    Looking to confirm if there's a way to auto load schedules? We currently loading each one individually but looking for a faster efficient way.

    Hi Shannon! I'm looking for a way to be able to upload a file for our schedules monthly. Currently, we are manually modifying each agent or group based for changes.

    Hi @Gabrielle Norfleet  I'm not sure I understand the question.  Are you using Genesys to house your schedules?  What needs to be created, edited, and uploaded that cannot be done in the actual Genesys system?

    Hi!

    All steps can be completed within Genesys but the steps are very manual. I am looking for a way to easier way to update/import. However, I believe Jay's response answers it, an additional plug in may be needed. Thanks everyone for your help!

    If you have GC3 or appropriate WEM add-on, is there a reason why you aren't utilizing the load based scheduling?

    We have an import schedules API method and I could envision a means to 'automate' if you have app developers. Very uncommon though for folks to upload schedules on anything other than a 'bootstrapping' for a short initial period for those coming from a different platform.
