  • 1.  Auto Summarization Not Working in Zurich Org

    Hi Members,
    I am able to successfully test the agent assist and auto summarization in US-W and Ireland Region, but however when I am trying to implement Agent Assist in Zurich region, I am able to get the recording enabled and transcription available but after the call the summary does not show up. Did anyone else faced the same / similar issue?

    Can there be any other setting which can trigger this action?

    You need to add the Agent CoPilot (or Assist) integration and make sure you provide the proper permissions.  Did you go through the setup listed here:  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-genesys-agent-assist/

    Thanks, Robert for the information. I have successfully setup the complete functionality in Ireland and West US region, it's just the Zurich Region which is not giving me the option. Anyways I will continue to investigate and let know the result or any finding on the thread.

    Outside of checking your permissions in that ORG, I don't know why that region would be different.  I would make sure you have Master Admin and Integrations Admin permissions and if still does not work, check with your Vendor to make sure the applications are whitelisted in that Region.  .  IF all else fails, when open a case.
