We currently use Genesys for our voice solutions and now have a need to send faxes from an unattended server process. We had been told we could do this, and I have been looking for some examples using Client Credentials. There aren't many topics on faxing, but I did run across this post which indicated our requirements cannot be satisfied...

Can I get confirmation that this is still the case and automated faxes are not possible? We really don't want to have to acquire another telecom solution.
