Hello, Can I please make a suggestion for WFM? Would you consider building a way for WFM to predict schedules based on the forecast and allowing the program to create schedules with a shift bid included? I used to be able to do something like this when I was using IC Business Manger through Genesys. it was so quick and easy and very automated. I am trying to get away from using spreadsheets.

    thanks

    Hi Stephanie,

this is something that is on the roadmap as part of our Schedule First initiative. Schedule First looks at providing insights and empowering employees to manage their own scheduling choices and work-life balance.
The umbrella idea for this can be found in the ideas lab - Schedule First Idea - WFMSCH-I-6
As part of this work, we are looking at how employees can make work Plan change requests and have them automatically evaluated and approved based on business rules and Service Goals.

This will not be the traditional approach to shift bidding but it will enable employee choice and freedom to make changes that both fit their needs and those of the business.

Please take a look at the ideas within the Schedule First project and vote/comment on them to help us shape these future features.

    Paul

Thank you! Looking forward to it. I actually dont seem to have access to click on the link you provided or the "lab ideas" link on the home page. How do I gain access? When I click on the link, I receive a "403" error stating that I do not have permission.

    Thanks
