Can you provide a screenshot? There isn't normally an initiate call button for power/predictive/progressive campaigns.
There is for a preview campaign. For those, you can turn on the enable preview timer to have the client to automatically place the initial call.

Predictive dialing should be dialing based on the prediction of available agents, but usually works best with more than 15 agents on the queue, could this be the issue you are facing?

Is there a setting for outbound campaigns that will allow next call to automatically connect/Dial without agent to have to hit a button to initiate calling. Using Predictive Dialing. Looking to have next call initiate as soon as previous call is fully wrapped up.
