I'd like to automatically play a 'This call is being recorded' message to the customer when making a manual outbound call.
The thought was to use a notification to get triggered when a new outbound call is initiated and then call an API to conference in a flow which would play the message. I don't see any API which allows me to add a participant which is a flow as opposed to an ANI.
I found this thread ( https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/how-to-create-a-conference-call-by-adding-a-new-participant/153) about adding a participant via ANI and this one (https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/want-to-create-call-send-to-architect-flow-target-agent-possible/10446) which seems like what I need to do but is unresolved.
I'd appreciate any guidance on how to accomplish such a use case.
