    Hi there!

    When we pull the detailed data report we are able to see which agents have reviewed the evaluation. Is it possible to add that as a filter or column option here?

    I notice when you click on a specific agent more filters pop up.

    Thank you! Even with these filters there is no option to filter "Reviewed by agent" to show us quickly agents that have already reviewed the completed evaluation.

    Hi there,

    you may check with the EVALUATION STATUS filter selecting Completed / Retracted , those are the ones,  the agents reviewed .

    you can confirm this by checking on the Quality Summary tab of particular interaction (in interaction detail view)
